| Description and location | In addition to the divestments of discreet blocks, The GBLD Master Plan created by NEPA outlines blocks within the development area that must be maintained as open green spaces. Where those designated blocks are not attached to a residential development block, the GOJ is contemplating a privatisation strategy wherein the private sector is given total operational and management responsibility through a development lease.
