She is an experienced Supreme Court-certified mediator and acts as a member of quasi-judicial panels in the public service system and an arbitrator in private commercial disputes.
She holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, a Master of Science from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science from Howard University.
Mrs. Campbell serves as a government member in the Senate.
She sits on three sub-committees of the DBJ Board: Investment, Finance & Loans; Audit & Conduct Review; and Enterprise Risk Management.
