Ms. O’Connor is a Chartered Accountant and holds an FCCA, FCA, and a B.Sc. in Management Studies.
She is Deputy Financial Secretary (Public Enterprises Division) in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service, a director of the board of Air Jamaica Ltd./Air Jamaica Holdings and a director of the Public Accountancy Board.
Ms. O’Connor is a member of the Audit & Corporate Governance, and the Private Capital Oversight sub-committees of the DBJ Board.
